Yes, but there are limitations. The Free version of Figma has some limitations and you will not be able to use this kit to it’s full potential. We did build in some tricks to bypass a limitation of the free version of Figma(limited to 3 pages).
We created shortcuts that help you jump around the file. This is not the best workflow and I do advice to grab a Figma license to experience all the benefits of the software.
ACSS and CORE tokens are basically the variables you work with when using your favorite CSS frameworks. We setup the tokens in Figma which you can use with the ALPHA blocks or build your own.
The ACSS and CORE Tokens are baked into the Alpha Figma UI kit. There is a chance we will separate them in the future.
We wanted to combine both frameworks as they share the some of the same tokens when it comes to spacing, text, radius and some colors. It just made sense to combine them.
We might separate them in the near future as the team of CORE is developing an add-on that allows users to make changes on the fly.
It contains all the Alpha block and also blocks that have not been built yet.
We plan on updating the Alpha Figma UI Kit monthly.
This product is non-refundable due to its digital nature.
